Booking terms

Rates

Displayed rates are in euros per night and may be modified. Website prices do not include travel insurance; suitable health and repatriation cover is strongly recommended.

Cancellation policy

• Within 15 days after booking: 5% of the total amount.
• More than three months before arrival: 50% of the total amount.
• Less than three months before arrival: 100% of the total amount.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in is from 2:00 pm.
• Check-out is by 10:00 am.
• Arrivals after 5:00 pm should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. The published terms mention a EUR 50 late check-in fee if notice is not given.

Payment

• A 50% deposit is requested when booking to confirm the stay.
• The balance is due three months before arrival unless management agrees an exception.
• Payment is available by bank transfer or credit card through a secure online gateway.

Length of stay

• Minimum stays vary by season from three to twelve nights during peak season.
• The published terms indicate a 5% discount for stays of 21 nights or more.
• Peak-season conditions include a last arrival date of 24 December and earliest departure of 2 January.

Security deposit and damage

• A refundable EUR 300 cash security deposit is required at check-in.
• An inventory may be completed at departure; damaged, broken or missing items may be charged.

Occupancy and use

• Guests are responsible for keeping the villa and equipment in good condition and reporting problems within 24 hours.
• A villa may not accommodate more than nine people, including adults, children and babies.
• Guests are asked to complete a registration form and provide identification at check-in.

Concierge services

Concierge services are provided by Abeya Services Ltd and are invoiced in Mauritian rupees (MUR).
